Cam is originally from Renton, Washington and attended Central Washington University to pursue her degree in Exercise Science. While there, she played collegiate rugby and found her passion for strength training and corrective exercise.
Cam has been coaching since 2017 and has obtained a number of certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Onnit Certified Kettlebell Specialist, and currently pursuing more education through NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization. She has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from college to professional athletes and individuals of all ages wanting to get stronger and lose weight.
Through a few injuries of her own, she has been able to learn from personal experience how to manipulate and attend to her body’s needs through safe, fun, and effective movements that she applies to each and every client that leaves them stronger, more mobile, empowered, and unstoppable.
Cam is known for her high energy, dance moves in between sets, and pushing you through the toughest of workouts. She believes that your mental fitness is an integral part of your overall health and should be challenged in and out of the gym. Coach Cam’s philosophy is to never stop improving and “slow down to speed up,” giving you access to a new level of fitness you have yet to reach.
