That quote above is something that has changed the way I, and our clients do everything.When you do it the RIGHT way it becomes the new norm so you get to become that person that lives that lifestyle rather than eating a meal plan that stresses you out like crazy and you’re just waiting to get off it.If you do it WRONG and get overwhelmed then this creates a program in your mind that makes you believe getting lean and looking the way you want to look, feeling the way you want to feel - is stressful and it’s a struggle and you can’t do anything you want to do…...which is NOT true!This only happens when you try to get ahead and do too much too fast and its more habits than you can handle at one time.The key is going at your own pace and moving forward being confident about the steps you are taking and making them stick.Our goals it to educate you on what works, both from a science standpoint (in simple terms) and in real world results.No gimmicks and B.S.Crazy promises.Cleanses and detoxes that promise things that are unrealistic long-term (or even short term!)Do you have to change to get results?YES.Of course there will be changes that have to be made.Action has to be taken and work will need to be done.There is no escaping that.But why make it harder than it has to be?**NOTE: If nutrition seems like the “Matrix Code” you should find something more simple.
