The areas of my life that I didn’t want to face because of shame and blame ended up trickling over into other areas of my life and felt like I was moving through life with two heavy kettlebells strapped to my legs.I believe in positive psychology BUT nothing happens until we don’t tell the truth about where we are – as painful as it may be. We tend to believe that when we set out on a transformation journey in one area (body for instance), that other areas don’t affect it; that it is mutually exclusive.
