And here is the recipe and ingredients so you can print it out:
* 1 Bag Quest Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips
* 1/4 Cup Non-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* 1.5 Ounces Chopped Chicken
* 2tbsp Diced Onion
* 2tbsp Diced Bell Peppers
* Seasoning of Choice
* Lay out chips on non-stick baking sheet
* Add ingredients on top of chips evenly, cheese and seasoning coming last
* Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 8 min

* 44g protein/10g carbs/4g fat
