SAM HERRERA

Born and raised in South Florida, specifically Pompano Beach, Sam hails from a Peruvian heritage. He is the father of three extraordinary children, two girls, and one boy. Sam's wife originates from Budapest, Hungary, but they met and lived in Prague, Czechia for 4-5 years. Sam pursued collegiate athletics and earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. His journey in strength & conditioning began at the age of 15 and continued until he was 24.

Following that phase in his life, Sam desired to explore various opportunities, leading him to work in diverse fields such as hospitality, entertainment, education, IT, coaching, and finance. Despite these ventures, he found himself consistently drawn back to health & wellness. He perceives this industry as integral to his journey, constantly unveiling new insights into fitness & wellness previously unknown. Sam views fitness & wellness as a blueprint for life, encompassing not only the physical but also the emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspects.

Sam is enthusiastic about the role of social media in expanding access to fitness & wellness, aiming to contribute positively to an industry that empowers individuals to unlock their true potential. A fun and interesting aspect of Sam's life is his passion for fashion, style, and culture. He served as a stylist for several football players in the 2010s and has always been attuned to presenting himself in the world. Lately, he finds himself drawn to functional wear, perhaps influenced by his current residence in the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Sam cherishes spending time with his family. He enjoys trail running and exploring the natural beauty of his surroundings.
